The Full Look
Best for:
• New guests
• Major changes or full refresh
• No lightening in 6+ months

The Partial Look
Best for:
• Maintaining dimension
• Returning 3–6 months after a Full Look
🕒 3–5 hours

Mini Maintenance Look
Best for:
• Subtle refresh
• Within 4 months of last visit
🕒 2–4 hours

APPOINTMENT TIMING

We intentionally schedule enough time to never rush your service.

Estimated timing:
• Full Look: 4–6 hours
• Partial Look: 3–5 hours
• Mini Maintenance: 2–4 hours

Luxury takes time — and we honor that.

POLICIES

• 48-hour cancellation or reschedule policy
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50%
• Color corrections require an in-person consultation prior to booking
